After a resurgence in the extraordinarily high fuel prices since the beginning of the year, RDG's Board of Directors once again met to discuss their impact on RDG's employees and their families. Once again the Board unanimously agreed to a temporary, voluntary 'fuel allowance' for each of its nearly 50 full time and part time employees. "The bottom line is that we have some very dedicated people whose hard work is appreciated"... "It's a sad state of affairs when people can't afford to get to work" said Roy I. Rosenbaum, RDG's Founding Principal. Though the program is temporary (at the Firm's discretion) Rosenbaum repeated "Our intent is to assist in weathering the storm" ... "It's not the first and we don't expect it to be the last storm we [RDG] will weather". Rosenbaum Design Group, an architectural design firm in Long Island, NY, has been in continuous operation since 1964.
