PRESSROOM

When times are tough!

Friday, September 09, 2005

In an unusual move, RDG's Board of Directors held an emergency meeting to discuss today's extraordinarily high fuel prices and their impact on RDG's employees and their families.  The result: A unanimous decision to offer a temporary 'fuel allowance' to each of its nearly 50 full time and part time employees.  "In these rather tough times, our employees must have the assurance that they are our number one asset" said Roy I. Rosenbaum, RDG's Founding Principal.  Although the program is temporary (at the Firm's discretion) "our intent is to assist in weathering the storm" Rosenbaum said.  "It's not the first and we don't expect it to be the last storm we will weather," stated Rosenbaum.  Rosenbaum Design Group, an architectural design firm in Long Island, NY, has been in continuous operation since 1964.
